Cooking Creatively with Donnie Glass, formerly of Public Fish and Oyster and new owner of Banyan Day Provisions, teaches us to be better, more confident and creative cooks. These classes are focused on being organized, thinking like a cook, and using the proper tool at the proper time.Class times are all on Wednesdays 7-8:30, $50. Classes are limited to 12. Participants are invited to choose one or several classes. Subscription price is $200. Please note that it is not mandatory to sign up for the entire series. You may sign up for one or multiples. If you sign up for all five, you will save the cost of one class!
